Youth Tai Chi

Taiji (Tai Chi) is one of the healthiest tools someone can have in their life! It not only provides the practitioner with a stretching and movement system that can keep them healthy and fit, but it also helps keep the mind balanced, and provides the confidence and skills necessary to deal with another people’s energy.

The youth taiji class is dynamic to keep the kids interested and engaged. It includes a stretching routine, qi gong postures to challenge the mind and body, learning how to martially use the postures in the form, and practice receiving another person’s energy on their body.
